Classic films you hate

I hate the Lord of the rings Trilogy! Really boring and the characters are uninteresting.

I am interested to know how such great performance and such an exciting plot can be described in such a way. What about the three-way scene when they are outdoing each other with their injuries? Or the brilliant escalating tension in the final scenes on the boat? Or the animosity but begrudging respect between Quint and Hooper? Nope I think you are a bit off with that remark. Maybe try watching it again! Now if you are after bad plotting, bad acting, bad everything, check out Jaws 3 or 4. Although I have a certain soft spot for Jaws 2.

In my opinion, I felt the characters were quite slow and hard to get involved with and I always see the final scenes as a random brush of last minute hazzarRAB and a typical "it's coming back for more" feel.
I have rewatched the first film repeatwedly in the hopes of seeing what others may see but I am always left with the same feelings of "Nice camerawork, shame otherwise".
Am I right in remembering Michael Caine was in Jaws 4? Heaven forbid.
