Classic Chart Show Showing On The Vault 356

Todays episode surprisingly is 15th November 1997. I thought the episodes will carry on into 1998 after doing December  I guess not !!!! Interesting to point out, is that this was the first indie chart and second chart show episode to have the fast forward symbol on every song on the charts !!! :D

The ITV chart show and CD:UK meant there was a music show on ITV for 17 years between 11:30am - 12:30pm on a Saturday. Sadly in 2009 we have TV Movies of Colombo and Murder She Wrote and Dancing On Ice repeats filling that slot.

No need to find the date for todays. :)

One of last weeks editions may have been orginally prepared for last year but was never shown when The Vault axed the repeats.

Also todays repeat started quite early.

Got a reply back from Matt- human error it seems was the cause of the repeat this week (I'd guess if it was intentional they'd at least have picked one we hadn't seen for a while- not one from 2 weeks earlier).

The Current Charts I have been putting on this thread cannot be found elsewhere as they are made up similar to the way The Chart show would have a different chart to the official chart but I suppose they are a bit pointless on a Classic Chart show thread so I will stop doing them. However I may put information of previous Chart Show Top Tens up as there are lots of Chart Show Top Tens from the last few years of The Chart Show which are not on Youtube or Myspace and some people might want to know about some of the songs which made the Top Ten and No1 on The Chart Show but not the official chart.

No, it's just continuing videos. This doesn't look good :(

Seeing as there's a small, but dedicated, audience they could at least have shoved it into a late night graveyard slot rather than scrap it altogether.

Ive uploaded 5 December 1992 full episode onto my site if you dont know the address message me just in case anyone comes by this page we dont want to know about it. ;)

Has anyone ever entered one of the competitions?
They seem to run for weeks, you never hear about the winners and despite the fact I'm constantly reminded of them during and between songs I'm not tempted to enter them.

I have lots of old editions, but it is nice to see them actually on tv again. I'm sure I've just spotted Nick Miles, a.k.a. Emmerdale's Jimmy King in the song that was No. 6 in the Indie Chart.
