Someone that is arrested with Poss of matter portray sex performance by minor.....what does that mean? I know its bad and has something to do with a minor but could someone define it for me. I mean was the performance done by the person or the minor. Confused!! And they had 4 counts of this and was in Ky does anyone know the punishment for this
