Recently my brother-in-law began working for one of those firms that ring you up n try to get you to claim back the PPI on any loans/credit cards you have. I have 1 loan n he looked at it for me n it looks like I'm paying PPI, when I specifically said no I didn't want any as my parents were guarantors for me. Since then though he has changed jobs n no longer works for the company. As I understand it they take a percentage of any money you get back anyway. I was wondering if you can claim back PPI yourself and how you would go about doing so?
