Hey. I'm playing Civ 3, and I need to come across oil and uranium. I have all the upgrades necessary to have them, but they aren't appearing anywhere on the maps. I have control over plains, forests, jungles, deserts, you name it. And I still can not find any uranium or oil. None of my rivals have any, either. Am I doing something wrong? How can I find that stuff?
