i have two debt collectors taking me to court. we had the hearings on the same day. they were told by the judge to file and send me a copy of their bill of particulars. the first debt collector has sent me his but never filed it with the court and the second debt collector didn't bother. when i go to trial what should i say if they never filed with the courts like they were suppose to. could i get it dismissed and if so what do i ask for so they cant sue me a week later?
