Hello i have a civic 97 and the check engine light is on and my car has trouble starting when i turn the key it cranks once and stop and they i have to start it again and it will start normal after the second try, today i took it to pepboys and they told me that the only a honda dealer can read the code, Does anyone know what might be the problem and why only honda can read it thank you
