Cityville on Facebook, and Youtube videos are not displaying on Google Chrome....

...How do I fix this? I like to play Cityville on Facebook, but when I get on Cityville (Facebook is fine) it either says that i could not display it, or the page shows up but the game doesn't. And 90% of the time on YouTube videos it'll try to load, but it says "An error occurred. Try again later" How do I fix this?
I have the latest version of Flash.
