I was curious , so I searched on answer.yahoo about such matter and most anwers were "it's a part of the culture"...
I was told that it's to help yourself to prevent various diseases, skin diseases and AIDS... STDs.. bla bla...
so is that the truth? or is it just Part of Culture?
