Although I'm going to hold off final judgement on that for when the public gets a shot at making apps for it, it could still turn out good.
 
It's a budget version of the 8525, sorta kinda.

and with a little research on xdadevelopers, you can easilty flash it to WM6 and be in good shape
 
It's not like you have to max out everything. I mean, do you take your car to the road track? Do you Overclock your computer? Etc etc.

Just get what you like and be happy with it
 
i watched the cnet review of it, seems alright.

i wish there was a way to take phones home for like a week or something to try them out before buying
