Cineworld Glasgow: Do they still have Aviator-style 3D glasses?

Isnt it rediculous that you need to go to all this trouble just to see a film. All this extra expence as well. I dont know the answer to your question but I agree with your complaints about the glasses. I too find them uncomfortable. They press against your head and I have to remove them every 15 mins. My wife wears glasses and she wont go to 3D films because theydont fit over her normal glasses. I imagine the glasgow Cineworld is quite a big multiplex so I would advise boycotting the 3D and go to a good old fashioned 2D screening instead! Thats what I did with Toy Story 3 and didnt miss the 3D angle at all.

Although I also wear glasses and the 3d ones fit over mine i totally agree with what you are saying. This whole 3d phase is stupid in my opinion. You can very rarely tell the difference. tbh i think id rather save the extra

When i went to see Piranha 3D they were handing out the normal thick black 3D glasses. I did see them trialling the Aviator ones months ago but i never bought a pair. Wish i had now! I don't think they are selling them but you could always ask when you get there.
