Two films I want to see:
"Control" - story of Ian Curtis and Joy Division.
"I'm Not There" - loosely based on the life of Bob Dylan and starring such fine actors as Heath Ledger and Christian Bale and my favourite movie star of them all, Cate Blanchett.
I live in the West MidlanRAB. The nearest cinema showing these films is in Nottingham. Do the distributors actually want people to see these films? Why can they not distribute them more widely?
Of course, if I want something less "highbrow" then there's plenty of choice. Sigh.
