For me theres no way right now, called my aim he said the same thing.
Kinda messed up i was on hold with premier hotline for an hour to get few things done esn changes etc etc and that a-hole told me only one thing per call.
WE MIGHT CLOSE :crying: :crying: cuz we cant do activations i was on hold for 45 mins on the preimer dealer hot line just to do an esn change i was pisssed :doh: :doh:
They say they "might" open the local support line but a customer just called and say that they also down at corporate :doh: :doh: :doh: losing a lot of money
ugh this is bs!! i cant sell **** it takes 45mins just to reach our cs line.. ive lost alot of customers today, they should re-eraburse us for all the losses today... especially during tax season.. :devil:
That was a pretty bold statement! LOL. The corporate guys can do esn swaps for you through HO if you know one of them, but they won't be able to do activations for you. It really does suck. We have lost alot of business between last night and today.
No word yet. Just got off the phone with dealer line and ofcourse they had no ETA... go figure. Luckily our account manager was taking calls to activate today. The average time to get through to support has been 45 min. Is it just me or does Cricket always seem to have some sort of prob around the end or beginning of alot of months....
sucks about the system being down...and when we have a lot of customers too! we are on Hold 30 min and doing Activations 1 per account, per call.
If its down because they are debugging it or some stupid update, they should do it from 12am-8 am when its Off the whole night..
I just called the local bat line to activate. i would have to keep calling but they usually picked up after the 5th or 6th time. I activated about 13 phns that way.
