anyone in cincinnati can do *228 on a env and have it work? i sold a phone to a woman there and she cant get it to *228 and she's pissed lol.

ENV's started working via *228 in San Diego about a month ago, I assumed they fixed it nation wide and they would *228 anywhere now?

I'm not sure what's going on with *228 in Cincinnati because it has not been working properly for some time now. We have problems doing *228 on new phones as well.

You probably have this figured out, but here is the manual programming for an en-v:
Older en-v's program by opening the phone and pressing menu then 0 on the inside.
Newer en-v's program by dialing ##program9900 on the outside keypad and the opening the phone and pressing send on the inside keypad.

Yea she's filed a claim with paypal now stating the phone doesn't work on cricket, she spent 30 dollars changing esn's around, and she hasn't given me details as far as MIN/MDN to even help her program the phone manually.

If paypal makes me refund her the money i'll just take the phone back and resell it again with a huge disclaimer that i won't help anyone lol.

Good luck... I'm burned out on the whole ebay/ paypal thing. There are too many whack jobs out there that are too quick to file a dispute.

If *22804 doesn't work, try *22897. It's been working for me on some phones that won't take anything else. I rarely OTA because there are just too many issues with non-Cricket phones, but I have noticed lately that *22897 has been working on phones that are stubborn.

yea cin cin/louisvile/lexignton/indianopolis/colurabus *228 been messing up for some time now..

not sure why tho
