Chrysler Town & Country with Sony DVD player - no sound when movie is playing -

supposed to go thru radio? The sound is supposed to through radion station 89.7FM but there is nothing but a distant radio station. The movie works fine but cant figure out the sound. Dealer does not know how to fix it. Traveling long distance with 3 kids - need the DVD player to work
 
see if you can change the dvd players station settings to something with less interference 88.3 88.5
