Chrysler parts recall ; the 2004 sebrings are in the internet for parts recall?

Chrysler parts recall ; the 2004 sebring are in the internet for parts recall. When i went to the dealer to claim for the repair which the parts defective are listed the dealer told me that eventhough coincide with my car year and model the information is fake. what i should do to find out that the dealer is telling me the truth?
