My Chrysler has been having problems passing emissions. Something with the ovd. The emissions place computer will not read my car's and i can't figure out what the problem is. We checked the fuses and nothing seems wrong. I do seem to have more than one electrical problem wrong in my car. Such as my headlights don't always turn off when I hit the switch, the interior light turned on, even though it was set to off. (I had opened my door at the time) and my cigarette lighter has a short. So anyone have any leads what my be causing my cars problem? I just want it to pass emissions.
