The top code is P0016 which I was told triggers the other codes. I have had the transmission replaced, the camshaft/crankshaft angle sensor replaced, the camshaft sensor replaced, radiator fan assembly and it still won't stay running and when it does run its rough. What could be wrong please advise? Thanks
