Chrysler 300C question: How many miles are these cars expected to run/be problem-free?

I've been thinking of getting a 2005 or 06' 300C and want to know how reliable they are. Is 70000 or 80000 miles too much for me to buy it?
 
As you probably know, the 300C was on Car&Driver's 10-best list when it came out, so it's a great car to start with. My mom has a '97 Chyrsler T&C, and it has been excellent! She just had to replace a vacuum pressure transducer on it, but for having 170k miles, it's been excellent, so I would expect the 300C will easily last over 150k without any major problems, but there's no guarantee on anything: it depends on so many factors, primarily on how well it was cared for.
 
Ok. Try used car buying 101. The average driver puts about 12, 000 miles a year on their car. A 3 or 4 year old car should have about 36,000 to 50,000 miles on it. 70,000 to 80,000 miles is a lot, so this car, regardless of brand, has excessive mileage and will cost you more in repairs. Have it checked out by a good mechanic and do a test drive. Walk away if there are any unusual problems. This applies to all brands. Good luck.
