Oh I can relate but I get the cramping all over. I can't believe you were hospitalized. I get blood work done and sent away.
Was your blood work normal? Mine was, yet I get the cramping so bad I fall out of bed in pain. I had the cramping in my arm so severe I pulled a muscle that is still hurting 3 months later.
I drink alot of water and now each night I am drinking a glass of tonic water. My chiropractor has said it will help as a preventative. I also am taking calcium and magnesium at 4 different intervals a day. The cramping has cut down alot. If you find out the cause please share, because I have no complete solution.
It could be something just as simple as a lack of an electrolyte imbalance, like potassium, magnesium, etc. I take magnesium for restless legs and when my circulation feels off, it really helps. I take like 650mg every night.
