"Thank you! Your information will be processed. You have up to 90 days to order and view your PPV movies. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the credit to be applied on your account. Offer applies to $4.99 standard definition releases only.

Happy Holidays from our family to yours!"

I just checked my bill online and my credit has already been applied ($12.99). I haven't even ordered a movie yet!!

No, I haven't. I think I only ordered two PPV at the time, but no credit so far.

You used the English site to suscribe? I used the French version, maybe the translation doesn't say the same... or I didn't read right. I don't recall that it mentionned that the movies are standard definition either. I have to sign in my uncle tonigh or tommorow since he doesn't have a e-mail or internet, I will use my other e-mail and sign him in, and will keep you inform about it

I have, but I had to ask them to honor the offer as I was charged for the movies I ordered.

Yup, I used the english site (for Quebec).

"But you know we all will be replying to this thread in 4-6 weeks ranting that we didn't get our PPV credits "

Did anybody print the confirmation page the system gave? I didn't cause my printer is down, but if someone did I would like to get a copy...it would help when were gonna call in to complain that the movies weren't credited

So let me see if I understand this correctly. It takes 4-6 weeks for the credits to be applied, but I have 90 (or 60) days to use them from the day I sign up online?

Why would it not be from the day the credit is applied? The delay in adding the credit has nothing to do with anything on my end.

I would probably be a hard job to get those credited, since it was an on-line promotions, which most agents probably were't aware of. I sent the link to a frined of mine, usually well informed on price and promotions, and she said she wasn't aware of that and thanked me for the link.

I printed the confirmation e-mail (that doesn't have client ID or account number on it), I could look if I still have it and sent it to you if you want

You had 90 days after you signed up to purchase those movies...if you purchased after that date it's normal you didn't get the credit

I has purchase a PPV package at 12.99$ 3 days before I saw that thread...

On my bill I have a 12.99$ credit (I think it should have been a 12.99$ charge), then 3X4.99$ credit and 2X4.99$ charge...sounds like for once credits are applied correctly, even before the films are ordered!

Now that we got the credit we can choose not to order the movies and benefit from the credit. Wow!

They are not applying the credit right away cause they don't know if you wil or not order the movie...

From the day that you order a movie it could take 4-6 week for the credit to be applied. In other works it is possible (altought if credit is entered correctly shoudn't happen) that you are billed for the film on your bill and the credt for the film only appears on the following bill.

Thanks Shednblues I have 90 days to view my 3 SD movies. This is all evpressvu need to straighten out the billing dept.

After applying for the credit online, I received a credit on my next regular statement under the Adjustments -offers section titled '3 PPV Credit- Reward' for 12.99. I never did order the PPV's but still got the credit. I suspect if you didn't get the credit up front you probably won't. I know with some offers in the past the credits came through with the subsequent PPV's but this this one seemed to be a bit different.

I got the gift from BEV but I don't plan on using it. I don't have an hour to waste on the phone with them fighting for the money back. I never accept free PPV's from them ever again.

Interesting, I believe others also got this upfront credit, and as noted previously, 3 x $4.99 does not equal $12.99 LOL
