Seems that I was the one woho didn't read right... I signed in my uncle today and the site was saying he's got 90 days to use the movies.

My ncle already called to cancelled and his services will be shut off on the 15th of January. Tohim it's one last gift from Bell
 
Called yesterday and was advised that a credit for $19 would go on my next statement. Will wait and see. Incidently my call was answered on the second ring.
