What holiday freeleechs are more about building buffer than getting stuff you want. Because of the sheer number of people whose downloading will be concentrating on those torrents, there's a much better chance of getting some upload credit from it. For example I hopped on them under an hour ago and I have 4GB uploaded from them already.
