Christine Bleakley - am I the only person that doesn't like her?

Ha! What is a "nearly trained chimp" and how do you spot one? Is it the way he peels his lower lip down or flashes his red bottom at the camera? Does he pick bugs out of Christine's hair while she's talking?
 
I don't dislike her but I don't like her acting so coy and indecisive all the time when it's clear she's a very shrewd woman who knows how to play games with people. I was glad the BBC took the lead and didn't buy into that crap. It's a shame the press seem to. Their obsession with her is really confusing and bewildering.
 
Yep, she does seem to stroke herself a fair bit - IF only it were me:(
I just wished she get up and walk round the studio occasionally so we could really see those legs:D
 
She irritates me, I don't know why, but I don't like her or Adrian Chiles, didn't like them on the One Show, don't watch ITV in morning, always BBC, more professional and I like Bill and Sian.
 
Everybody's entitled to their opinion of course, but I can't believe you cited Kay Burley as an example of an extra talented presenter. Here was me thinking the forum was unanimous on her being absolutely terrible!

Average looks, average personality, avergae presenter, does very little compared to correspondants and reporters on daybreak, just sits and reaRAB an autocue.

Nope, average at presenting and dont get the fuss. Daybreak will get the axe, and hope she soRAB off soon.
 
I laughed when i saw this thread as my girlfriend cant stand the woman ! :) shes always ranting at the TV when she comes on... i dont really have a problem with her ..i suppose its down to our individual personalitys whom we like and dislike on TV !! .personally despite being a geordie i cant stand Ant and Dec ! :eek:
 
I didn't mind Christine, thought she was quite normal and likeable but am I the only one who thinks the new female presenter (not sure what her name is) is Christines double? She looks just like her and I keep expecting an Irish accent to come out but a Welsh one comes out instead which sounRAB all wrong :confused:

Not wishing to join in on this bitter vitriolic female thread. However I've noticed she does seem to glaze over when ever there's a serious proper news story on Daybreak.
You can almost hear 'oooh shoes,chocolate, fluffy bunnies' whurring over in her head:rolleyes:
 
I watched her for the first time the other morning when I caught a bit of 'Daybreak' (never watched The One Show, so never saw her on that). I don't get the fuss about her either. Thought she was a rubbish presenter and what the hell is with the cheshire cat like grin? Rather scary so early in the morning. :o
