Topanga: The authorship of Shakespeare's plays does not equate to Biblical truth. Aside from the plays being openly fictitious, the authors or The Bible are almost entirely unknown, making it, by your reckoning, even less reliable than the plays.
Paul M: Actually, much ancient history is documented by those who experienced it directly, unlike the Gospel writers as is currently understood.
Confused Guy: So God is similar to alien abductions in that respect?
