Christians, why don't I hear you discuss how many homes are broken up by...

...military service? You seem to focus on minutia, like sexuality, when if you really cared about the "family unit" you would address the issues of families who are broken by a parent being gone, being killed, or even more prevalent (I truely believe), how often millitary service leads to cheating. Maybe you think we all don't have a choice in the matter?

What do you think Jesus would have to say about it? Does he feel the same way that you do?

More people die every day who are not in the military than are. ALL marriages end in either divorce or the death of one of the spouses. How is this a question for Christians?
 
If Jesus had his way there would be no armies, or any need for them.

If you would go to church you would hear Christians talking about it.Maybe you should pray for them too instead of pointing the finger!!!
 
These military people are professional enlisted people not draftees...they are highly motivated that chose the military as a career...their families understand this and support them...everything you mention in your anti-war rant could be said about our law enforcement and firefighters...I guess we don't need them either...We have won the war...

He hears his children crying. There is a lot of heart break in the world and the good news is that there is a glorious place waiting for those who believe in him. In the mean time he will heal those hearts that do cry out to him.
