Christians, why do so many of you eat pork but not locusts?

You'll note, if you read Leviticus chapter 11, that God says pigs are unclean to eat, however that locusts, bald locusts, crickets, and grasshoppers are ok to eat.

Even if you want to say "That's the old covenant, that doesn't apply anymore," it still shows that God would rather you eat bugs than pork. So why don't you? Who are you to second guess what God thinks?
