Christians: Since when are TV shows proof?

Some fundie said in another of my questions that she has proof evil demons exist, because she was watching "A Haunting" on Discovery Channel and saw some on there. This is not proof, TV shows are meant to get ratings and nothing else, are you all that retarded or is this an extra special fundie?
