No, what it means is you simply have to keep praying for the strength to turn away. Believe me, it will get better as God leads you and gives you the power to abandon this temptation. God and you are partners in this battle, when you need help just call out and he will answer.

As for circumstances, re-baptizing isn't really necessary unless you just want to publicly affirm that you are abandoning your sinful life for a better one.
 
I've recently been baptized,and I had this porn habit before, which I still do, I try to cut back, but i'm still watching porn. Does this mean I have to be re-baptized or renew my vows, or what? What does this mean? Also what are circumstances that I would have to be re-baptized or renew my vows?
