Scientists can assemble artificial life (until now just microbes) using the same ingredients God used to create natural life at Genesis
There is nothing contradicting God's authority in these facts.
It proves God's authority. It proves that only the ingredients God used to create life can be used by scientists to create life
For example, God created bodies using proteins as the main component. Scientists cannot use caramel or rocks to build bodies
They have to submit to God's authority and use the same ingredients like Him
For example, scientists can create artificial life by assembling ingredients extracted from God-made life
Or they can modify the ingredients using UV radiation and give birth to mutants
Or they can assemble new ingredients for life using the building blocks that God used to make life
