Christianity Sex after marriage?

I know in Christianity sex is only permitted after marriage, now what about other thing like 4play specifically.

Its still the same in a way because of what you do and I'm not sure if it is allowed, can someone help me please?
Or are there even any Scriptures against it?
 
in my opinion people should have sex with protection.
i think that liberty university which is the school that i go to prohibits kissing. the fine is 500 dollars. i heard tho from my friends that they had sex already but they call themselves christians
