Choosing Fish for my two Aquariums!?

I own two tanks both fully cycled. One is a 30 gallon and the other is a 75.Both are with live plants and tons of hiding places. These are the fish i have to work with:
7 Zebra Loaches
4 Opline Gourami
2 Gold Gourami
6 Dwarf Plecos (Max 3 inches)
3 German Rams
1 Redtailed Black Shark
5 Angelfish
As of right now most are in the 75 gallon tank as they are all babies but i would like to make both tanks look appealing by giving variety to both. What are your opinions? I also do water changes weekely
Thanks in Advance!

-Your Angels. What is your plan for them? As they grow, they will likely pair off, and the pair(s) will become aggressive to the others. If you have one pair, they'll be aggressive toward the other 3. If you get 2 pairs, you'll have an oddball out. If you have all males, They will all be aggressive with one another. If they're all females, you'll be fine.
-Your "Dwarf Plecos". What kind. Many Plecos are refereed to as "Dwarf" none of them that I'm aware of max out at 3". Most of the smaller verities grow to be about 5". Many need to be kept only 2 to an aquarium, as they are territorial and will be aggressive with one another.
-Your Gouramis. Gouramis are not a good choice to combine with Angels. They will pick on them, nipping at their fins, and often doing quite a bit of damage. Also, you need to house only one male per tank. I'd choose either the Opaline or the Gold, and be sure you've got only one male.

The only fish that are suitable for your 30-gallon are the Rams, whichever Gouramis you settle on, and a single Angel.
Maybe your Plecos, depending on what they are.

The rest belong in the 75.
If you were to keep your 5 Angels in the 75, along with the Loaches and the Redtail, (watch him for aggression, but he should be OK,) You'd be fully (slightly over,) stocked.

Good luck.
