Choosing a new phone - connectivity and Java.

Hi there, I'm planning buy a new phone and this time I'm interested in Java support (very, very important) and connectivity (email, Bluetooth, USB, infrared). I want to plug the mobile in the computer and also do Java programming (MIDlets). A good feature, but not soooo important, is MP3 ringtones (I already have an MP3 player, but would be nice play some tones on it).

I made a list with possible models and I have to get the Sony Ericsson's T637 or the Motorola's L6 (maybe the L7).

What suggestion do you give me? Any other model? I could find no Nokia that fit my needs.

What carrier are you planning to go with? If you find one with all of these feature, if you have no service its worthless.
