*choice dish to Bell Dish

My dad has a *choice dish and I need another Bell dish. Can I buy a new LNB and use it with the *choice dish, or will that not work?

Technically it can be done, but the shape of the dish is different, the focal point is different, so you may need to modify the LNB arm if you want to be able to hit 82 and 91...
Why not just buy another Bell dish, and save yourself some trouble
Look online (craigslist, kijiji) and you can probably find someone local that will have what you need for fairly cheap

If you are looking for a dish assembly with a single LNB, I have one under my deck that might work for you. I'm at Lafleche Sk. if that helps...still a few hours away...

I have an older round 30" Starchoice dish that I use with Bell, works fine with a rectangular LNB feeding a SW44. Not sure if the LNB was changed before I got it and I know nothing about the Starchoice oblong dishes.
