Chocolate or Vcast?

My dad's company switched service providers and we got our new phones sent to us. Originaly i thought we were getting the Chocolate phone, but instead we got the Vcast phone (which i have no problem with). however i have 15 days to decide if i want to keep the Vcast phone, or switch to Chocolate phone. so could someone stack up for me the stats on these phones so i can have a better comparison. i dunno which one to keep.

p.s. does Vcast capture video?
