chocolate issue?

ok, i have a chuck of chocolate that has been in freezer for about 2 to 5 years.

i tryed it, and didnt get sick---yet

cant you keep chocolate in the freezer(well wrapped) for a lifetime?

how long does everyone else keep there chocolate?

see i want to chop it up, and make chocolate chip cookies.

I usually keep chocolate the time it takes to leave the store.
Then I wolf it down like the pig I am.

Chocolate deserves no mercy.

I guess it would be ok. But my choclate never last a day in my house.

In THEORY, under the right conditions chocolate can last for years. In practice, chocolate has a shelf life of about a year and a half.

Why risk it? Toss the stuff.
