Chocolate and caffeine

Does chocolate have caffeine in it? i mean bars of chocolate and hot chocolate?

I feel this feeling i have if i drink a caffeinated coffee after having a hot chocolate, so im thinking it must have caffeine in it, as im exptremely sensitive to caffeine. Any comments please?
 
The stimulant in chocolate is slightly different from the caffeine molecule in coffee, though.

Oddly enough, I'm super-sensitive to the coffee version, but I can eat large amounts of chocolate without getting racing heartbeat or "wired" feelings.

But, if chocolate does affect you that way, you probably need to be a bit careful about it.
 
chocolate isnt as bad, although sometimes it makes me short of breath. But coffee and coke is a big no no.

i also cannot tolerate the adrenaline based lignocaine either.
