I have tried the PC suite posted here. Get the one with installation. The other one, while usable, only access the phonebook.
Also, if the cable driver fail, use the bluetooth. I used IVT Soleil. My unit is an N82 clone. Still haven't figured out how to upload new games. I read somewhere that *#12345# would do the trick but I only got "A2DP not connected".
