A band I just recently started listening to called "Joy Electric" has some amazing chill out music. I would highly recommend looking for their stuff.

Joy Electric is one man. He makes some incredibly strange beats that I find hard to enjoy most of the time.

Some standout tracks, or so I think: Monosynth, Misfortune's Apprentice, (Play Each Note) By Metronome, Such As it Was, (I Am) Made From the Wires, The Boy Who Never Forgot, J.E. Picturephone (Reflect You, I Connect You).
