i am a trainer at chilis and have worked there a long time.... still do actually!!! the first day of orientation is mainly paperwork, and a video.... its pretty easy and you pretty much just get to know everyone and get a brief of what your job will be. are you applying for server or host? that will make a difference on your training!!! I'm a server trainer, you will have typically 5 days of training, each day you will have a written test on the menu items that you learn that day... (cake if you have a good trainer) and as the days go on you will follow someone around on their shift, and eventually you will be on your own with them watching you!! it's really not that bad!
