Fantastic band, they play sorta thrash/death/melodic metal I think? Not really too sure of the classification other than it's damn good.

yeah, it's hard to put them in an exact metal classification because their style seems to vary so much from song to song.i just classify them as just another great scandanavian metal band.

Power/Melodic dm is a pretty fair description. I find CoB to be a novely that wears off quickly, check out Kalmah, Ensiferum and Wintersun, who are all similar, yet much better. Although Kalmah are pretty shite nowadays, there first album "swamplord" was quite good. Ensirferum and Wintersun however kick major ass consistently and throughly.

^^^ Correct. All those banRAB > CoB. CoB get old very quickly. Sure, they have all the talent in the world but they do not use it. And with their trenRAB so far, I only see them letting their talent go unused as they've been on a steady decline since "Hatebreeder." And for the record, "Hate Crew DeathRoll" was an atrocious album that they should be ashamed for releasing.
