I used to watch this cartoon when i was younger and i remember like nothing about it so ill describe what little i can and you see if you can tell me what it is.

it was a color cartoon
it was a girl who had a family she was about 13. she lived in a neighbor hood in a house. i think she had blond hair. and she could fly, she had butterfly wings.
if you know what this is or might know what it is and can give me any info on it that would really help i just cant remember.
