I didnt find out my ex b/f was a sex offfender until after getting pregnant with my child, her dad slept with a 15 year old when he was 19, and got caught. I have tried to let him stay in her life but he has caused more harm than good to her in the 6 years she has been alive. Im at my breaking point with him and i cant afford to take him to court. Can him just being a sex offender be enough for me to take him to court and use against him to where he will lost rights? he is also a socialpath and I dont want her any where around him, i dont want to take him to court and i end up losing.
 
Can you tell him you don't want him contacting you or your Daughter again and if he does then call the Police and tell them you don't feel safe as he is a paedophile, As I can't imagine any half decent Police officer forcing you to make your Daughter spend time with a paedophile. Anyone women who would allow this to happen should have her kids taken away from her and into care so your doing the right thing, Your ex Boyfriend is an evil and sick individual and shouldn't even be allowed out in society nevermind near any children.
