If the judge does not allow automatic payment of child support to be done by you and makes you have a garnishment on your check is there a limit to how many times they can take it out of your check. Say I get paid every other week and they take out half the monthly fee in those two payments but there are months in the year where another payday falls in the same month meaning 3 checks in a month when that happens will they take out a payment there too? Example 500 a month support which is 250 is pay period would i have to pay 750 a month in support everytime i have a 3 paycheck or is it schedulled where they can only garnish on those dates of the two payments. I know very confusing just need to know from someone that knows more than i do on this situation.
