i had a baby girl two years ago and the father and i decided to seperate a month ago. he would verbaly abuse me infront of our daughter and smoke weed with her in the house, also after we broke up he wouldnt allow me to take my daughter anywere except for my mothers house and gave me no good reason why. i had to move out with my mother due to the conflict of him verbaly abusing me infront of the baby. he gave me papers two days ago from a lawer that said i "abandoned" my dughter because i moved out....what are my chances of getting her back?
