My roommate made this chicken vinaigrette dish a few times and I really want to make it for my family. Unfortunately, I cannot get a hold of my roommate. I know that she puts boneless chicken breasts in a glass pan and covers it with vinaigrette dressing and then plops it in the oven until it is cooked. Does anyone know a good rule of thumb for how long the chicken should be in the oven and at what temperature. I want to say 425, but I think that might be wrong >.>
