Is is me or has there been a short fall in chick flicks movies lately?

I can't remember the last one I went to see at the cinema. I don't think there are many scheduled to come out this year either. What's happened to them?
 
The last one i saw at the cinema was 'because i said so' with Diane Keaton in it. I absoutely loved it!

However that was quite a while ago now!

I really liked music and lyrics! But i love drew barrymoore films, like 50 first dates is brill too!!

Definately in need of some more though, you can never have enough chick flicks!
 
I rented 'Because I Said So' a couple of weeks back. I enjoyed it, wasn't brilliant but far better than I expected.

Although, I have avoided 'Music & Lyrics' like the plague. it is on my rental list with LoveFilm, so I'll have to watch it sometime.

I can't believe though that's all that has been released in the last year. Maybe, I'm just growing up & out of them :(
