my 92 c2500 has a signal problem. if the parking and headlights are off, i get a steady turn signal in each direction, but if i turn on the lights whether with the headlights on or off, the left side works normal, but the right side blinks fast... all the light bulbs work on both sides, and the right side front and rear still blink when the lights are on, but go very fast, like one bulb is out. had new bulbs and flasher relay installed, but no luck. any one have a similar problem?
