Chevy s10 Tahoe 4x4 electrical problems?

I have a 1984 Chevy s10 Tahoe 4x4 and just recently the rear blinkers, tail lights, and brake lights don't work. I have checked the fuses, bulbs, and most of the wiring and still, they wont work! Also I have had issues with the driver side head light, as it seems to want to go dim now and again when i hit a bump or it will go back to normal an I just replaced the head lights. the front blinker on that same side wont work if my lights are on. Can anyone help me with these issues? maybe I overlooked something.
 
Check your grounds. (1) the little wire that comes off the battery to the fenderwell, (2) neg cable from battery to the block (3) the ground strap from the tranny to the frame and (4) the grounds for the rear lights. Might have a bad spot in the fuse block.
