Chevy s-10 wont start?

I have a chevy s-10 2003. Recently had the starter replaced and 02 sensor since i got the truck back. It dosent always start... If it sits for awhile it will start. or if i set it up on jumper cables. tested the battery and it reads good. Also the light dont work either. Brakes lights do though. Any suggestions?
 
check your battery cable connections, common problem, cut all rubber off connector, clean with water, dry, apply wheel bearing grease and have a nice life. Why GM built side post battery is beyond belief. luv ser.
